Harford County has a wide variety of programs and services available to citizens. Business, government agencies, and non-profit organizations provide a rich source of assistance and information.
The Harford County Resource Guide
The Harford County Department of Housing and Community Services created this guide to help citizens access a wealth of services and opportunities provided by county agencies, non-profit organizations and other critical resources. Information includes county libraries, recreation programs, parks, senior and children resources, crisis services and resources for our neighbors in need such as food pantries, clothing closets and shelters.
The guide is designed and color-coded for easy access to its resources. To locate a specific service/resource, click Ctrl F within the document and type in the name of the organization.

As our population of mature adults continues to grow, the many resources available to support their interests and needs continue to expand as well. In addition, it is critical to support the needs of those who step into the vital role of caregiving.
