- Transitional Housing Services: Housing counselors offer clients guidance in areas of education and employment, provide referrals to other helpful agencies, and assist them in their efforts to regain entry into mainstream society.
- Housing Assistance for Families With Disabilities (HAFD): Provides tenant-based rental assistance and supportive services to income-eligible families with HIV/AIDS. Supportive services are provided by the Harford County Health Department to assist with short-term rent, utilities, security deposit, and moving expense.
