Bid Board and Results

Beginning July 1, 2021, the Department of Procurement is implementing a new process for delivery of your Bids and Proposals.  Please drop off your Bids and Proposals utilizing the Locker System in the lobby of 220 S. Main Street in the Harford County Administration building.  There are self-guiding instructions on the electronic screen of the system.  This system provides us with a date and time record of your drop-off.  Receipts for Bid/Proposal drop-off will no longer be issued by our deputies.  Bids and Proposals may also still be delivered by USPS or shipping carrier of your choice.  If you have any questions, please call 410-638-3550.

In the event the county is closed on the date and time a bid is due, the bid will be due the next business day at the same time. Bidders are responsible for checking the county website for closure updates.

The Harford County Department of Procurement will be broadcasting bid openings publicly via Webex on Wednesdays at 2:00 p.m. For more information, please contact the Department of Procurement at procurement@harfordcountymd.gov or 410-638-3550.

Unless there is a documented performance issue, suspension or debarment related to a company, all pre-qualifications will be extended for 30 days after the state of emergency is terminated and the catastrophic health emergency is rescinded. This is in line with Governor Hogan's executive order dated March 12, 2020. This does not include pre-qualifications that do not expire during the state of emergency.
