Fee Changes Effective 1/1/2025


Harford County Bill 24-013 enacted changes to the fees for permitting, plan reviews and licensing applications in the departments listed below - effective January 1, 2025. Please click on the department hyperlinks for fee details.

The new fees will also apply in the three municipalities where the County provides third-party building permit inspection services.
