Narrative

The Commercial Business Navigator serves as an overall point of contact to assist design professionals and business development entities with land development and associated permitting processes administered by Harford County, Maryland. Located within Harford County's Department of Inspection, Licenses & Permits (DILP), the Navigator is positioned within the central hub allowing the applicant first-hand access to project status through the comprehensive permitting process. This provides an efficient line of communication to collaborate with County, State and Municipal professional staff to achieve project completion in a timely manner.

  2. Liaison to all County Departments, Local Municipalities and State Agencies
  3. Fast Track 2.0 Administrator
  4. 30-day touch points with active site plans that have been submitted to the County for review
