To provide comprehensive high quality engineering and maintain roadway infrastructure and stream quality in a cost-effective manner to meet the needs of Harford County.
Divisions

Goals of the Division
- Maintain the condition, efficiency and safety of Harford County's roadway network
- Provide safe and well-maintained bridges
