- Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission provides information, technical assistance and publications on the employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This agency is also responsible for enforcing Title I of the law.
- FCC Disabilities Rights Office
- The Federal Communications Commission is responsible for enforcing the telecommunications provisions of the ADA.

- A service of the Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) of the U.S. Department of Labor. In addition to providing information on job accommodations, self-employment and small business opportunities, JAN provides information on the Americans with Disabilities Act.

- The Department of Justice provides information, technical assistance and publications on the State and local government and public accommodations provisions of the ADA (Titles II and III). This agency also has enforcement responsibilities under both titles.
