Harford County Talent Alliance (HCTA)

The Harford County Talent Alliance (HCTA), comprised of tenants from Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) and industry partners in Harford County, Maryland, is committed to talent development, collaboration, and innovation. Our mission is to create a robust pipeline of skilled professionals who drive the advancement of cutting-edge technical solutions for the next generation of Warfighters. 

We aim to make a lasting impact on national security and envision a future where our collective efforts support breakthroughs in Warfighter technology and modernization.
