The Division of Resource Management is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies and solutions to improve operational and resource efficiency. This division works collaboratively with all County-departments and supported agencies to manage policy and performance improvement measures, and support energy and resource management goals to reduce operating costs and our environmental footprint.
