Foster Branch Stream Study (2013)

Foster Branch, a tributary to the Gunpowder River, is in Joppa. The watershed, or area of land that drains to the stream, is 1,400 acres. The headwaters is near the intersection of U.S. Route 40 and Magnolia Road.
