Request Instructions
- Please download and complete the 72-Hour Temporary Restoration Application (PDF).
- The applicant will make payment of $50 to Harford County Government or if you elect to make your payment online, applying the walk-through money to the water and sewer account number. You may also make your payment over the phone by calling 1-844-836-9732 then enter your water and sewer account number and credit card information. You will have to contact our office with the confirmation number once the payment is made.
- Fax your completed 72-hour walk through request application and current listing agreement to 410-893-3601.
