The Office of Information and Communication Technology (OICT) strives to make Harford County Government a leader in the use of information technology to best serve its citizens. The OICT staff is tasked with ensuring the county is served to the best of their ability by delivering high quality technology services and solutions to all county departments.

OICT makes prudent investments in technology, assists the county in maximizing the value of IT, builds technology solutions and supports the county with IT infrastructure solutions.

Division Hierarchy

The Office of Information and Communication Technology is led under the direction of a Chief Information Officer, who reports to the Director of Administration. The Office is divided into 5 specialized groups that lead and support efforts initiated from the ICT Focus and Strategic Initiatives and offer a variety of services to the county.
