Harford County Government has partnered with Bonfire Interactive, a Euna Solutions brand, to create a new procurement portal that will allow you to receive notifications of business opportunities and submit bids and proposals to Harford County Government digitally. Harford County will continue to use the state platform of eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) as required by State law.  Registration through the Bonfire portal does not replace the need to be registered through eMMA. Please register your business by using the vendor registration button shown on this page.
