Nolanda Robert, MS, CCFC, owns Voice of a Child, LLC, in which she provides counseling to children and adolescents; she also provides divorce coaching, mediation, and parent coordination services. She is also the contracted Training and Development Coordinator for Able 2 Adjust, Inc. with OnlineParentingPrograms.com since 2023, developing curriculum for use in courts nationwide.  Previously, Nolanda was a Family Support Services Coordinator at a Maryland Circuit Court for 18 years. As Coordinator, she provides services to families currently separating or divorcing and/or having child custody and visitation disputes, such as mediation, parent coordination, and interviewing children for the court. Nolanda also oversaw the administrative and case management services for the Family Support Services Office. Nolanda is a current Mediator and Parent Coordinator. Nolanda is also a Clinically Certified Forensic Counselor (CCFC), and notary public.

Nolanda has been employed in many different aspects of working with children and families in the following areas: foster care, juvenile services, child and adolescent therapy, and behavioral therapy. Nolanda has trained professionals and laymen throughout Maryland on various topics surrounding children and families. Nolanda presented at the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts in June 2023 on Resist & Refuse: Unraveling the Trauma. She presented a webinar on Child Abuse & Culture for the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts in January 2023. She has also presented at the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) in 2022 on Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity in Family Law. She did a webinar for (AFCC) in 2021 on Risk Management and Culture and at the AFCC Conference in Toronto in 2019 on The Voice of the Child in Court Proceedings. Nolanda’s organizational memberships include The Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) since 2006, a member of the National Association of Forensic Counselors since 2012, current Immediate Board Past President of the Maryland Chapter of the AFCC, and Co-Chair of the National AFCC Diversity, Equity, & Inclusivity Committee, member and former Vice-Chair of the Harford Democratic Club, and Executive Member of the Harford County NAACP.
