1. I don't agree with a decision on a permit or interpretation of a regulation made by a county agency. Is there a way I can appeal this decision?: Yes, Harford County does have an appeal process available to anyone who has been denied a license or permit, or who has a dispute with an agency's rule or decision. You must complete the required form to request an Administrative Appeal. The forms are available through the Office of the Director of Administration:

Once the completed form is received, a hearing will be scheduled.

2. I want to learn more about the county, its structure and budget. Where can I obtain more information?: The county's budget documents will contain organizational charts, budgets, and other important information. Find out more on our Budget and Efficiency page.
