Living in the Joppatowne area, Dion Guthrie has been a resident of Harford County for over 55 years. He is married to Dianna and they have 6 children, four grandchildren, and two great-grandsons.
District A includes Abingdon, Edgewood, Joppa/Joppatowne and Magnolia.
