In Harford County it shall be lawful for any licensee under this article to employ any person 18 years of age or older for the general purposes of employment including selling or serving alcoholic beverages. (This is intended to mean that not even a family member under the age of 18 may be engaged in the sale or dispensing of alcoholic beverages).
