Viewing and Participation for Public Hearing Monday, October 2, 2023, at 6:00PM 

Council Chamber doors will open to the public at 5:00 PM.  

The purpose of the Public Hearing is limited to the following Legislation: 

1. Bill 23-026 (Amendments to Zoning Code Sections 267-4;267-60;267-126-Warehouse)
2. Bill 23-027 (Apartments - B3-General Business District)
3. Bill 23-028 (Charter Amendment - Term Limit)                                         

Each piece of legislation requires its own Public Hearing. If you plan to testify to multiple Bills you must be registered for each Bill separately prior to the start of the meeting starting at 6:00 PM.

There will be directional signage & staff throughout the chamber to assist with check in and sign-up.  

Those who wish to observe the meeting remotely may do so by watching the live stream on our Website. 

Meetings will be archived on our website.

Due to the highly anticipated number of speakers, preregistration is encouraged. You may preregister by emailing council@harfordcountycouncil.com or calling 410-638-3343 by 3:00 PM Monday, October 2, 2023.

•  Position on Matter: Support/Neutral/Oppose
