Residential zoning violations include:
- Storage of untagged or inoperable vehicles on property
- Outside storage
- Commercial vehicles or contractor's equipment
- Construction or alteration of a structure without an approved building permit
- Grass over 1 foot tall IF the property is within an approved subdivision and the lot is less than 5 acres
- More than five domestic animals
- Accessory structures without approved building permits, i.e. fences, sheds, decks, gazebos, pools, etc.
