  • High expectations from yourselves, your families and teachers

Things you can do to help avoid or decrease stress

  • Maintain a regular sleep schedule
  • Keep a healthy diet, limit caffeine
  • Exercise regularly
  • Limit negative thoughts
  • Take breaks
  • Don’t over-schedule

It’s OK to say no if you do not have time to commit to something.  Ask for help and be realistic with expectations to limit or decrease stress before it starts.
