County Executive David R. Craig, along with James Richardson, Director of the Office of Economic Development, other state and local elected officials and special guests, cut the ribbon to officially open the Groundfloor at Harford.

Officials from the Harford County Department of Emergency Services, with assistance from the Volunteer Fire Service and other agencies, are continuing to assess damage as a result of severe weather that passed through on Saturday, May 11.

Jim Chrismer, Chair of the Harford County Historic Preservation Commission presents a Special Preservation Award to Harford County Public Library and the Department of Community Services for the program "Journey Stories". Several other awards were also presented at the May 10 ceremony.
